Trail

Starting from Marymount University at Ballston, Arlington VA, head East on Custis Trail to Rosslyn. Join the Mt. Vernon trail south until the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. The trail branches off to the right to cross the Wilson bridge. To get to DC. Follow the walking paths around the Jefferson Memorial to eventually join Independence Ave. Head East until on Independence Ave. until the Capital. Circle the Capital to join Constitution Avenue on the North side of the mall. Head West until Virginia Avenue; this is a designated bike path. Continue until you can join the Rockcreek Park trail where Virginia Ave. joins Rockcreek Parkway. Head North until Pennsylvania Ave. Join M Street. Head West until Key Bridge. Cross Key bridge to join the Custis Trail and back to Marymount University.
