Trail

I headed out East on the Custis trail to Mt. Vernon trail. At the Roosevelt bridge I crossed into DC and took a lot of pictures around the George Mason Memorial and the tidal basin. Cherry blossom admirers were all over. The place was ablaze with tulips. As I was walking somebody tapped on my shoulders and said 'Hi neighbor'. Turned out that she was our neighbor who had jogged 5 miles to be at the cherry blossom festival. I took the Rockcreek park trail to Georgetown, walked along M St. to Key Bridge and took the Custis trail back home.
