A pleasant morning. I left at 7:00 toward Chain Bridge, crossed the Bridge on to the CNO canal, and headed north toward Great Falls, MD. I had donned my Vibram five fingers. I could endure it for 6 miles. My feet hurt and I switched to my Keenes. Listening to Ross King's -- Michelangelo and the Pope's Ceiling I plodded my way to Great Falls. The temperature rose to the 90s, but it was dry day. I got back in time for a farewell party to Dr. Marion Mueller. My feet hurt, but my IBU profens saved me and I stayed on my feet through the party!
