Trail

I started at 6:00 a.m. The temperature was quite high and so was the humidity. I had determined that this was going to a brisk walk more than 3 mph. I averaged 3.4 mph, not bad and was in perfect shape afterward. I headed West on the Custis trail, joined the W&OD trail south, joined the Mt. Vernon trail North. At Rosslyn I took Clarendon Blvd. to the Farmer's market in Couthouse, loaded by backpack with fresh organic orange cherry tomatoes and cherries and headed home. A great start to the weekend!
