I started out at 5:00 a.m. with a goal of covering 40 miles. No way! At 30 I was running out of steam. I might have tried to drag myself through the remainder of the 10 miles, but it was a Sunday evening and I was afraid that I would need a day off to recuperate if I continued. So I caught the metro back home.
