Trail

A rainy day with temperature in the mid 40s. It was still worth it. I had not tried biking/hiking along I66 where it crosses the Potomac. Soon after Roosevelt Island there is wooden bridge, if you keep straight on it you land up on the bridge which takes you right into Kennedy Center. You can lock your bike there to the bike stands and go for a concert, or simply continue to join Virginia Avenue that is bike route. This takes you to M Street NW, which in turn joins Key Bridge and back to the Custis trail where I started. Instead of hiking back I took the metro at Rosslyn.
